The Criminal Code in 1995 structured the sexual offenses in accordance with sexual freedom. Since then, this sexual behavior carried out with persons under 13 years old without using violence or intimidation, are included in the figure of sexual abuse. Subsequent reforms have aimed at reducing the vulnerability faced by children under 13 years old in the field of sexual offenses.
