This article tackles the influence that EU Law has developed into the Spanish sanction administrative law. This area of the national legal system contents traditionally a high degree of national specificities, therefore exists different nationals models. The EU Law and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights has approached these different models. So today the principles are similar according to these sanctions that should be imposed. One of the most important facts of the EU Law influence in the national administrative sanctions system has been the developing of a original system of cooperation between administrative authorities that is equivalent and in certain aspects more advanced than the judicial cooperation system.
