Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the main instruments used by Chinese Criminal Law in its fight against corruption. Accordingly, it is highlighted how over the last years the Communist Party has become aware of the importance of this phenomenon, and how has decided to deal with it by answering to the international law´s requi- rements, attempting to create a less strict anti-corruption Criminal law, but also more efficient in the struggle against this dangerous criminal phenomenon.
