Abstract

In this work, it is studying the victimisation and criminal curricula of poor immigrant women. The main conclusion that emerges is that these women present themselves in the point of view of the Criminal Law as a mine, because they are victims and perpetrator of crimes end up committing in order to escape from the situation of poverty, show that this is a victimisation and criminal process that is full of stigma in order of the gender, nationality and economic conditions that do not end up changing: poor women.
