Towards the end of the impunity of transnational corporations for the violation of Human Rights

Abstract

This article tries to limit the main perverse effects of globalization, humanizing it, through the prevention of the international and national law that defines/states the criminal responsibility of transnational corporations as the main actors in the global economy so that they do not comment on violations of human rights.
