Abstract

The money laundering has become one of the most mediated crimes of the Spanish criminal Code. As a criminal act, money laundering consists in an upwelling of the illegal wealth within the regular course of the legal economy. The present paper aims to illustrate a way of interpreting its juridical nature, without going through the definition, nor the analysis of its criminal typology, resorting to the rulesguard theory, knows in the field of the offenses of danger.
