Expansion of the criminal repression of child pornography: The sexual indemnity of adults who seem minor and of the 3D characters

Abstract

the development of Internet pornography distribution channels justifies the adoption of criminal measures
against this type of conduct when it affects minors (under the age of 18). However, the Spanish criminal regulation of the
child pornography is extremely extensive. A large part of punishable conducts under article 189 of the Criminal Code,
such as the mere display or self-consumption of pornography, has no negative effects on any minor, and the same applies
to the concept of pornography, which includes technical and virtual pornography.
