Abstract

A full reflection on the ideology and influence of the German Professor Reinhart Maurach, who served Hitler  on the Russian front, the Nazi hierarchies in the Nuremberg trials, the CIA in the Cold War, and quietly his chair at the  University of Munich, recognizing his very important and seemingly aseptic contributions to the science of criminal  law, both in crime theory and in crimes in particular.
