Private corruption. Critical analysis of Italian regulation

This article analyses the Italian regulation of the crime of “corruption between private individuals”, in its evolution from the first type of crime in 2002 to the rate in force after the 2019 reform, proposing a critical reading also in the light of the recommendations of the European Community and a comparison with other foreign legal systems.
