The criminal treatment of urban laundering in times of economic crisis

In times of crisis in which we are already immersed again, as a result of the global pandemic generated by the so-called COVID19, and especially before, and also as a result of the previous economic crisis at the end of the last decade, it is worth remembering, to work in its control, that land management and urban planning have become the targets of money laundering, in a reference for citizens, media and specialists. We must not forget, however, it has not been representing a very significantly high figure compared to the laundering based in other forms of corruption, tax fraud or drug trafficking, even if the analysis is performed in a jurisprudential way.
