The delimitation between the money laundering offense and the «civil receiving»: a first approximation

Abstract

In this paper a first approximation is made to the relationship between the crime of money laundering and the «civil receiving» with the fundamental objective of establishing criteria that allow the delimitation of both figures and, in turn, to find a proper function of the «civil receiving».
