Retributive justice, based mainly on the punishment of guilty to the offense, is not giving the expected results. The rate of recidivism in recent years, looks set to increase. It is for this reason by which society demands a change in justice, in its meaning and effectiveness. Therefore, the thesis restorative court, where the punishment the author gives way to repair the damage and offer the victim a leading role arise. Similarly, restorative justice can be used not only for repair but for prevention Restorative circles, the subject of this study, are considered a form of restorative justice, suitable for juvenile justice. It applied under the principles underlying restorative justice operate in criminal proceedings. The only question that remains to be overcome is the possible limitation of the right of defense and the presumption of innocence.
