Abstract

Retributive justice, based mainly on the punishment of guilty to the offense, is not giving the expected results. The rate of recidivism in recent years, looks set to increase. It is for this reason by which society demands a change in justice, in its meaning and effectiveness. Similarly, restorative justice can be used not only for repair but for prevention Restorative circles, the subject of this study, are considered a form of restorative justice, suitable for juvenile justice.
