On the progressive decriminalization of imprudence in the Spanish penal code

Abstract

This essay addresses the configuration of punishable negligence after the Criminal Code reformed by LO1/2015, of March 30th. Does replacing mild negligence with less serious negligence mean a new reduction or restriction of the way imprudent acts are criminalized or is it just a labeling issue.
