Comparative analysis of the Peruvian and Spanish criminal intervention in the face of the scourge of occupational accidents: the object of protection

Abstract

The Criminal Policy in the field of worker’s protection has evolved in last years. These changes —with a punitive approach— have also taken place at introducing of an array of new crimes in different criminal systems shaping the contours of a labour criminal Law. From all these crimes, are remarkable those involved in the field of Safety and Health at work. The delimitation of the object of protection through a comparative analysis allows us to asses the preventive capacity of each crime.
