The criminal policy adopted in the face of the eternal unsolved problem of sexist violence, has degenerated into a sexed criminal law that, without even a gender perspective or any ideological legitimation, has not achieved the expected results either. In addition, the State Pact against Gender Violence does not seem to resolve the situation positively. On the contrary, it repeats a retributive criminal policy and victimizes women, increasingly away from the feminist approaches of the 21st century. The best example of this redundancy and the worst way to start: Royal Decree-Law 9/2018.
