Fraud, falsehood, disloyal administration and subvention fraud: a review of its relations concurrency

Abstract

The paper deals with relationship between the offense of subsidy fraud, fraud, forgery and unfair management of public assets. The difficulty has been increased by recent laws penal code reform. Some recent Supreme Court rulings that provide novel interpretations in the field are also studied.
