Corrupción y Derecho penal. Condicionantes internacionales y reformas del Código Penal

Abstract

The research starts stating some general considerations about the spread of corruption in our society, especially in its international dimension. These considerations lead to the need of creating a new criminal policy against corruption that considers the content of the international tools signed by Spain within framework of United Nations, OCDE, European Union, European Council and the GRECO. The research concludes with an evaluation of 2015’s criminal justice reform in affecting behavior regarding corruption precepts.
