El nuevo delito de financiación ilegal de partidos políticos

Abstract

The recent approval of the Organic Law 1/2015, March 30, in force since July 2015, has set a new crime called “illegal financing of political parties”, a crime that did not exist in Spain so far. In this paper, we approach the study of the new figure, whose inclusion in the Spanish Penal Code was being requested long ago by various authors.
