Tendencias político criminales en materia de terrorismo tras la LO. 2/2015, de 30 de marzo: la implementación de la normativa europea e internacional

Abstract

The implementation, in our legal system, of the European and international legislation on terrorism is essentially collected in the the 2/2015, March 30. Legislative trends aimed at prevention and security resulting from the aforementioned reform, forces to consider the legitimacy of them as well as their effectiveness. Global sign jihadist terrorism has meant a before and an after in the criminal legal treatment of terrorism, as well as trends in criminal policy in relation to the same. The object of this work lies precisely in the analysis of these trends as well as their suitability with respect to the principles and guarantees of the rule of law.
