¿En qué medida permite el Derecho penal chino la eutanasia?

Abstract

Firstly there is an analysis on categories of euthanasia and Chinese judges’ attitudes towards them. Secondly, there is an analysis on the reason why mere aiding another’s suicide is possibly excluded from the scope of criminal offense. Thirdly, there is an analysis on the reason why it is hard to permit active euthanasia by judicial interpretation. Lastly, there is an analysis on the requirements on the ground of which passive euthanasia can be legally permitted.
