Historia y perspectivas respecto de la corrupción en Brasil

Abstract

This article analyzes the evolution of the corruption phenomenal, both in its social vision as the legal aspects in Brazil from its Iberian roots towards the future prospects of legislative initiatives in course. Critical vision adopted reveals that the improvement of the general situation about the subject depends much more of the transparency of the governmental relationships than the criminal law improvement.
