Del orden público al terrorismo pasando por la seguridad ciudadana: análisis de las reformas de 2015

Abstract

This article analyzes, in the first place, the reforms affecting the offences that relate to conflicts between citizenry and government, namely assaults, disobedience, obstruction of administrative and judicial decisions; secondly, the reforms of public orden offences and the citizen safey regulations; thirdly, the new definition of terrorism offences given by the Act 2/2015; finally, the possible criminal policy behind the reforms.
