Abstract

This paper intent critically discuss the possession crimes formula, from the theory of meaningful action. To do so, describes the development of the action’s theories in criminal law so the civil law as the common law to reach the connection point in the theses of Vives Anton’s and George Fletcher’s concepts of action.
