Abstract

Within the context of prohibited traffic of things in the European Union, in the present investigation is carried out an analysis about the harmonization of Criminal Law of the Member States relating to drug trafficking. This form of crime, especially when it is developed through of organized crime, is typical of the “globalization” of the XXI century, which would require a regulation linked to the application of Transnational Criminal Law, as an effective way to combat this phenomenon in Europe.
