Women and men lives so many different ways of life in society, and therefore also criminality. But any differential treatment has not been discussed often. Traditional Criminology faced very rarely own studies of female criminality and applied the same theories and studies on male and female offenders, using technical and gender alteration added. Feminist Criminology by contrast has been proposed, sometimes radically, a non-androcentric science. From our point of view it is indisputable that the crime committed by women is obviously less than that committed by their male counterparts, but this does not exempt the research and theoretical formulation of the matter by the Criminology, because it is a social problem that needs proper treatment in order to give specific and effective response.
