This article addresses the regulation of penalties applicable to legal entities in the Spanish Criminal Code that was instrumented by the reform brought about under Organic Law 5/2010, dated 22 June. Specifically, it analyzes the issues posed by penalties in the form of fines and other additional penalties applicable to such entities both from the viewpoint of their legal determination and content, and their application and judicial individualization.
