Abstract

It’s current in Argentina the discussion about the attribution of criminal responsibility of corporations. The position expressed by the Supreme Court judge Raúl Eugenio Zaffaroni in the case «Fly Machine», enables a review of the positions assumed by the doctrine and jurisprudence.
