On the criminal protection of the environment. Special reference to ecocide

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the criminal protection of the environment and the terrible consequences for the planet if abuses are not neutralized through instruments such as punitive measures, which stop the ecological catastro-phe. A commitment is required from the International Community to prevent an ecocide from materializing through legal regulations.
