Abstract

The evolution of economic criminal law has led it to overcome the traditional characterization that limited it to corporate crimes and bankruptcy offences. The new perspective is broader, based on new risks that lead to a European model of economic criminal law, in which instruments such as confiscation and crimes such as money laundering stand out. In particular, the possible impact on fundamental rights is analyzed.
