Fake news and amnesty

Abstract

Disinformation affects political ideas and influences public opinion, the support of democracy. In this sense, the report of the General Council of the Judicial Power on the proposal for an Amnesty Organic Law is very worrying, as it exceeds its technical function to enter the political and social debate and incurs manifest contradictions.
