Abstract

Criminological studies on women have gone through different stages, such as invisibility, stigmatisation or recent paternalistic positions, from a solely victim-centred perspective. Here we present a criminological and legal study on women as criminals, which, supported by a jurisprudential analysis, allows us to increase research in this field and to contribute relevant reflections to the study.
