Abstract

In this work we deal with the novel recognition and development of the right to reparation for victims in Organic Law 10/2022 on the Comprehensive Guarantee of Sexual Freedom (LOGILS). Not only of the right to reparation for sexual victims in Title VII of the aforementioned law, but also of the modifications related to the right to reparation that other regulations have undergone through their Final Provisions, in particular, the Statute of the Victim of Crime or the Organic Law of Comprehensive Protection Measures against Gender Violence. In addition, we analyze the regulation of compensation by the perpetrators, provided for in the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council, of March 8, 2022, on the fight against violence against women and domestic violence.
