One of the more important developments of Law 2/2023, of February 20, is the implementation of information channels in companies. Until now, the protocols for sexual harassment and sex`s reasons are the main model, therefore, and beyond the existing differences due to regulated matter, they should be the main reference since they share common elements in questions as relevant as the complaint procedure or the guarantees during it. For this reason, it should guarantee a common and minimum model to avoid disparities in the treatment of complaints at workplace.
